Can we reincarnate on other planets?

Yes, we do, but not all of us. Most souls reincarnating on Earth are enrolled into “Earth School” and only reincarnate here — till they finish all their lessons and “graduate”. But there are also “Volunteers” who came to Earth after incarnating on other planets or worlds (a planet is physical, a “world’ might be non-physical or semi-physical) There was a huge influx of these Volunteer Souls after 1945 after the USA used atomic weapons in Japan, this is strictly forbidden by all Galactic laws — as using atomic weapons can destroy the planet, but also affect many other planets and worlds due to ‘quantum entanglement”. The ETs can’t just start ruling us, as they have to abide by “non-interference rule” (” Prime Directive” in Star Trek which is based on channeled material), but there is a loophole in it — ETs can incarnate in the bodies on a planet and become a part of humanity, this way they can affect the will of our civilization. So they started incarnating here en masse to shift the vibration of the Earth and humans and create the desire for peace and positive development. Volunteers return to their home planets or worlds after death on Earth, they usually have a “karma shield” protecting them from attachments and collecting karmic debts, but there is always a risk of getting stuck here. There are also some “Old Volunteers” who came to Earth long ago to help, but their vibration became so low due to all the negativity here — that they can’t get out of this sphere and are stuck in Earth's karma wheel. We also occasionally get “Wanderers” ( aka Mystic Travelers) who do not belong on any planet or world but freely move through the Universe answering calls for help when needed. They can incarnate on Earth on and off and have many other incarnations on different worlds in between, they are not tied up by the Earth’s heavy “spiritual gravity” and only come here on missions once in a while. Wanderers do not affiliate with any Star Race or planet/quadrant/constellation but can participate in different Councils as consultants. There are also ‘Tourists” from other worlds who incarnate on Earth out of pure curiosity to experience the heavy energy and duality, it is like a “dangerous sport” for them — since there is a possibility to get stuck here and collect karmic debts and lose high vibration necessary for a soul to get out of reincarnating on Earth. (In one of Robert Monroe’s books there is a great story about an ET soul he met on Earth orbit during his OBE, and this chap was trying to rescue his friend who decided to try life as a human but got stuck here. He forgot who he was and why he came here and was doing life after life in victim/perpetrator patterns) Some ET souls are “Prisoners” exiled to Earth by their authorities or Galactic Federation for crimes they committed in their worlds, there are not many of them, but occasionally we get these ‘souls in exile” in past life regression. They are allowed to return home after ‘doing time”, some can also get enrolled in Earth School and have to graduate to be able to go home.
